INGREDIENTS:  carbohydrate complex, aroma; xanthan gum - stabilizing substance; acidity regulator: citric acid (for Lemon flavor) or malic acid (for other flavors), citrulline malate; sucralose - sweetener, mineral complex: sodium chloride; magnesium citrate; calcium carbonate; potassium citrate.

PREPARATION:  Dissolve 1 portion (50 g - 3 scoops) in 200 - 250 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

RECOMMENDED DAILY SERVING:  1 serving depending on the intensity and duration of physical exercise. Should be consumed before, during or after intense training.
